- price isn’t determined based on color or gender as of now
- must be 18 or older to purchase
- 50% Deposit to hold your puppy until pick up no refunds
- will not under any circumstance will allow a puppy to be sold under 8 weeks
- if you decide you can’t take of or want your puppy anymore please return your puppy to me if you fail to do so legal action will be taken for breaching our contract
- vaccinated dewormed
-piddle and crate trained
- Once they leave my house any medical issues are not my responsibility I dont know what puppies will come in contact with
- if using for breeding please let me know ahead of time
- you can send a deposit to be put on our waitlist
- by signing this contract you are aware of all the listed things above
Bunny contract
Contract
*every bunny is $80+ depending on papers
*Price isn’t determined on color or gender as of now
*My bunnies may not be used for feeding another animal or for money makers
*Must be 18 or older to purchase
*50% deposit in order for you to secure your bunny (non-refundable)
*I do not sell any bunnies under 8 weeks old no exceptions
*If you can’t take care of your bunny anymore you have to return the bunny to me no money back if I find out you resold my bunny and didn’t contact me legal actions will be taken by you breaching our contract
*By signing this contract you are aware I am giving you the bunnies healthy and I’m not responsible for any health problems once they leave my house
*If using for breeding you have to tell me ahead of time
*If going away for vacation I do board bunnies for $15 a night cafe has to be provided
*I meet people outside of my home for safety purposes of my home
*You can send a $10 deposit to be on our waiting list for future litters
